Terms of Service

DeelFlow provides an AI-powered negotiation, contract, procurement, and relationship management platform. Each party deploys a private AI negotiator that exchanges offers and helps draft agreements. DeelFlow is a tool to assist negotiation; it does not provide legal advice.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act on behalf of any company you represent.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, or circumvent security or access controls.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or invite people without a legitimate basis.
• Do not misuse the AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.

AI suggestions, drafts, and risk notes are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before relying on it, accepting terms, or signing a contract. DeelFlow is not a party to your negotiations or contracts.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant DeelFlow a limited license to process it solely to operate and provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeelFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
